What are your rates?
We are a concierge service specializing in the management of short-term Airbnb vacation rentals. We offer a real-income offering: you earn up to 80% of the income generated by your house or apartment. We charge commission starting at just 20% including tax. The more your property is rented, the more you earn. Visit our Our Services page for more information!

Do you select travelers?
Yes, our team pays careful attention to the profiles of the guests who will be staying with you. We don't accept just anyone: we prioritize guests with positive reviews and profiles verified by Airbnb. We facilitate bookings made by families and ask each guest's age and reason for booking. There's no risk with our Airbnb concierge!

What is the legislation of
seasonal rental in Paris?
Since April 2017, owners who rent out their accommodation occasionally, for tourist purposes, and who live in a town with more than 200,000 inhabitants, must follow several administrative procedures and respect certain constraints:
1/ Do not exceed 120 rental days/year
2/ Register your accommodation on the website of your town hall
3/ Be the owner or ask your landlord for permission to sublet your home. Airbnb concierge clients are no exception.

How is key management handled?
We take full care of key management for the entire rental period. We require two sets of keys to manage your rentals (one for guests, one for housekeepers), and we work with local key delivery partners in Paris.

How do you calculate my income?

Am I covered by insurance?
Yes, insurance coverage for your home is included in our Airbnb concierge service in Paris at no additional cost! In the rare event of damage, we can:
- release the travelers' deposit
- use Airbnb Host insurance (covers up to €800,000) - use our own insurance.
